A Cuppa Tea Set

Hi all, well I was enjoying the warm weather we were having.....lol....now it's getting somewhat colder, but it's supposed to warm up again near the end of the week........yahoo!!! I have something a little different to show you this time.........we got in this new Hot Off The Press template.......I thought it would be neat to show you how it turns out when it's all done.....it does take a little bit of time to do but the results are worth it!!! I hope you all enjoy my post............

So here's a pic of the template that I used.....

And now on to the pics of the set................

Here's a close up of the tea cup, which opens at the top and you can put a gifty inside............

And here's the matching envelope and tea bag gift card.................

Love this set, it's just sooo cute..........I used the gold embossing powder for pretty much everything.....lol......it just reminds me of all the tea sets my grandma had and most of them were trimmed with the gold. I used the template and cut the pieces out of the Tim Holtz paper and the dusty rose cardstock, did some embossing........well actually lots of embossing........lol...... I added a flower, lace and some bling to the Tea Bag card. For the spoon I embossed it all in gold embossing powder and added some of the glossy accents and crystal EP to the spoon, hopefully it looks like sugar!!! I did add the crystal EP to the top of the cup as well. Other than doing some stamping and embossing of course, that's pretty much it for this set. So here's what I used for products.

That's it for now, till next time....................
